Quoting: within 24 hours, we can provide a one page quote on venues selected, minus the unwanted pages of irrelevant information.

Site Inspections: if you don't know the venue, we will organise a site inspection.

Place Tentative Bookings: this allows you time to complete a site inspection without losing the booking.

Book Conference: once you have decided the venue, we can organise the contract and deposit with you. Once completed and returned to us, your booking is confirmed.
